Lydia carried out a tree-planting project in the Northern part of Nigeria (Zamfara State) in 2019. The goal was to plant 100 trees in one week for 4 weeks. She was also actively involved as a volunteering member of the National Emergency Management Agency (Environmental sector), creating awareness of the adverse impacts of certain human actions on the environment and how they negatively affect the climate and water. And presently, have other plans I’m still working to implement.”
