The Arab Network for Science Journalism announced that its first conference, which will be held on the 23rd and 24th of October at the University of the Future in Cairo, will be held under the generous sponsorship of the Egyptian Ministry of Environment.
Ahmed Al-Shamiri, head of the Arab Network for Scientific Journalism, said in a press statement that the sponsorship of the Ministry of Environment for the conference embodies the support of the Egyptian government for activities interested in addressing issues related to climate and environmental changes. Al-Shamiri explained that the first day of the conference will deal with scientific journalism between challenges and the future, and the second day of the conference will be devoted to covering environmental issues and climate change, pointing out that any Arab journalist interested in covering scientific issues can participate, whether through attendance or registration, which will be closed on the evening of 20/20 10/2022, and the Arab Science Journalism Conference in the Age of Digital Media is the first conference of the Arab Network for Science Journalism, which was established on May 9, 2021.
